Dia de la Banderita

Today is the Dia de la Banderita de Cruz Roja (ehem, also my birthday of course). Was walking towards Puerta de Sol to do my last minute shopping before I leave Madrid. Came across a booth of Red Cross, of people making donations, so I joined in as well. To my pleasant surprise, it was H.R.H Infanta Elena there too putting on the little flags for people who made donations! How cool is that (and on my birthday too...)? It is a pity that I did not have anyone to take a photo of her putting the flag on my abrigo, but I managed to get a photo of her with somebody else in the line.
